
International Industry Returns to Global Large Jewelry Exhibition
The "Global Event | September Hong Kong Jewelry Exhibition" has created a historic moment, becoming a grand event in Hong Kong that attracts a wide range of business travelers from around the world after the pandemic!
The 40th Global Event | September Hong Kong Jewelry and Jewelry Fair (JGW) successfully concluded last Sunday (September 24th). It is a large-scale exhibition in Hong Kong where international participation has returned to pre pandemic levels, witnessing the local exhibition industry entering a new era.
JGW has always been known as the world's leading jewelry exhibition. This year, 3417 suppliers from 44 countries and regions participated and attracted 53879 buyers from 142 countries and regions to visit, similar to the figure in 2018. The number of visitors to some major Asian markets has recorded significant growth, including Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. The number of buyers from Europe and the Americas is lower than in 2018. According to the exhibition organizer Informa Markets Jewelry, part of the reason is that international air capacity has not yet fully recovered.
