This pear shaped Bleu Royal is also the largest fan vivo blue, flawless diamond ever to appear at an auction. Christie's stated that the bidding process for this ring took seven minutes, and the final price reached the upper limit of its pre-sale valuation.

Overall, the total transaction value of the Geneva Christie's auction was $77.7 million, with collectors from 37 countries bidding and 93% of the lots finding buyers.
