It is planned to build a research and development centre, a high-standard factory building and a diamond culture exhibition centre, etc. , focussing on the development direction of advanced manufacturing and energy conservation and carbon reduction, further extending the chain, replenishing the chain and strengthening the chain, focussing on building a perfect whole industrial chain system such as diamond synthesis, cutting and jewellery processing, and is committed to building an influential green energy diamond production base in the country. After the completion of the project, 10 million carats of diamonds and 1 million pieces of diamond jewellery can be cultivated every year.
